Gym workout

Yesterday was a great day at the gym. I did a amazing lower body working in the moring and a cardio and upper body workout after work. I'm going to try and post my workouts on here so people can see what I do and they can use it for themselves if they want. It's a great program and it's help me lose a few extra pounds.

Hey everyone ok to let you know a little about what I have been doing since my time off I decided to focus a lot more of my health and physical appearance. I've decided to try a workout program called Body for Life. I'm actually going to finish the program this saturday (April 7th). So far on this program I've lost a total of around 25lbs as well as around 3 inches off my waist. I'm still trying to lose another 5lbs however for summer. My chest and arms have gotten more defined and I'm really enjoying my body and from what I've been told others are enjoying it as well.

I really missed posting here and hope that since the break I have not lost any one that enjoyed the site. To help keep you entertained here is another link for you to enjoy.

Back for the Season

Hello everyone I hope you all had a nice winter. I know I've been away for some time but now I'm back with more energy. To be honest I was thinking about stopping this blog but I've decided to keep it going at least for a little while longer. I will be letting everyone know what I've been up to for the past 3 months but first this is one my "must buy" movies of the summer.
