Here is my new workout for 3/11/08. Since the program I was on earlier has not really helped me lose the weight I wanted to (at least not fast enough) I decided to go back to one that did help me in the past. I'm now doing the Body For Life workout. I did this program before in the past and it helped me lose 15lbs in 84 days.
Now I must ware you this program is not for everyone it's very strict and required dedication. That being said if you stick with the program you WILL notice a weight loss.
