Sex with Strangers

Hello everyone I have a story to tell you about Sex with Strangers. Now before you think this is a sex post let me tell you it’s not. It’s actually a post about a play I just saw today called Sex with Strangers. This is actually the first play I have ever seen it I must say it was AMAZING.

When I saw it with my friend Dan I decided that this is something that I must do more often especially living in Chicago. I will try to give you a bit of a background about the story’s plot:

Overview
Ethan Strange is a hot young scenester whose online journal of sexscapades have turned him into the "it" boy of the blogosphere. Olivia is an attractive 30-something whose own writing career has crapped out. After they hook up, sex turns into dating and dating into something more -- but their online exploits threaten to destroy their real-life connection.

I never realized how good plays are and being from Chicago and having the chance to experience all of this culture I feel bad that I have not taken advantage of it before, however after seeing this play I’m hoping to change that.

If you’re from Chicago or planning on visiting I would suggest checking out a play from Steppenwolf

Jealous of Nothing

Hello guys… I’m a bit confused about what happened at work a few weeks ago. As I was at my desk talking via IM with a co-worker, who is in the closet but all my other co-workers know he’s gay, made a mistake and sent me a message me meant to send to another friend. He stated that I’m jealous that he’s talking to a new guy in our office who happens to be attractive.

I thought about it for a while and when I asked him what he meant by this he apologized for being on immature in stating this. Now if you know this guy you would realize he’s the type of guy that has to be the “center of attention” in a group or he feels as though no one is paying attention to him. I told him that this is the exact reason why I don’t invite him out with my other friends because he to “high maintenance”

Ask anyone that knows me and they will let you know that I’m laid back and would talk to almost anyone (as long as they are not rude), but there are some things I can not deal with and a person who is self centered is one of them.

I’m sure I’m not the only one that knows people like this and I won’t be surprise if these people usually get cut out of your life because of their behavior.

What would you readers have done if you were in my situation?

UPDATE

I feel so bad today.... I just got into work this morning and as I walked in my manager speakes with me letting me know that the person I am talking about above has been let go from the company. I must admit this was a shock to me as I thought he was doing well. But I can't say I'm surprise he seemed to think he could do what ever he wanted without any regards to the company rules.
