Breakfast
Oatmeal and Bacon

Lunch
Grilled Chicken Breast with Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard and Light Mayo on a whole wheat bun.

Dinner
T-Bone Steak and Veggies with Cheese Sauce

I'm not good at counting calories or anything like that so I will no be including it in anything as of right now but that might change later.
