Beyonce in trouble?

Beyonce Knowles’ deluxe edition of “B’Day” is in legal limbo – for now. The re-released album, which features videos for the songs, is facing a pending lawsuit over the singer’s cover of Des’ree’s “I’m Kissing You,” mtv.com reports. Beyonce and her record label have agreed to stop distributing the album and DVDs with “Still in Love (Kissing You)” Beyonce’s version of the song.

“It was one of my all-times favorite songs,” Knowles told MTV in an interview before the lawsuit. “It gives you this emotion – I don’t care who you are, you just feel it.”
The suit, filed in federal court last week, claims that Beyonce was given permission to use the song within certain limits, such as not changing the title or using the song in video form.
