Transformation

Hey everyone ok to let you know a little about what I have been doing since my time off I decided to focus a lot more of my health and physical appearance. I've decided to try a workout program called Body for Life. I'm actually going to finish the program this saturday (April 7th). So far on this program I've lost a total of around 25lbs as well as around 3 inches off my waist. I'm still trying to lose another 5lbs however for summer. My chest and arms have gotten more defined and I'm really enjoying my body and from what I've been told others are enjoying it as well.

I really missed posting here and hope that since the break I have not lost any one that enjoyed the site. To help keep you entertained here is another link for you to enjoy.
